About Us

Rich Glover, PE is the owner of Glover Engineering, PLLC. Prior to forming Glover Engineering, Rich was a partner at Jamestown Engineering Group, Inc. for over 20 years. In addition to running Glover Engineering, PLLC, Rich serves as the Chairman on the Board of Directors for the Piedmont Triad Regional Water Authority and is a member of the Wake Forest Engineering External Advisory Council.

Rich graduated with honors from North Carolina State University in 1997. He received Bachelor of Science degrees in both Environmental Engineering and Civil Engineering with a concentration in water resources. The two degrees help provide him with a broad background of education for the diverse range of services he provides.
